Our founder, Lindsey, is a Native American woman who has been cultivating for over a decade on Native Humboldt Farms. In the 1800's this specific piece  of land was inhabited by her Wailaki Ancestors, and in 1880 Lindsey's third great grandmother owned the property. Lindsey was adopted as a young child, and without knowing any of this,  she eventually made her way back to  the land   and started cultivation. Three years later,  she found her biological family, and they told her the whole story. How she was standing on the same land that her Great Great Great Grandmother had once stood.  The way we see it is it was written in the stars.

We make a conscious decision to incorporate only the highest quality ingredients in our products.
